Overview
A HubSpot property option has a display label and an internal value used by integrations. For example, a lifecycle-stage option may display “Lead” while storinglead. The distinction matters when you filter on a CRM property or
supply a value in a sync action.
Unify uses HubSpot’s property metadata to show supported options by their labels.
Some properties with externally defined options are represented as text when
HubSpot doesn’t provide a supported reference type. In that case, the stored
value is what a text filter compares.
Find the stored value
Open the property’s settings in HubSpot and review its option labels and internal names. HubSpot’s property-editor reference explains where these appear under the field type. Check the option’s internal name, which identifies its value, as well as the property’s internal name, which identifies the field. Use the displayed option when Unify provides a selector. When a property is represented as text, use its stored internal value. For example, a text filter for the lifecycle-stage value above would compare againstlead.
Troubleshooting
Why doesn't a label match any records?
Why doesn't a label match any records?
Check whether the field uses an option selector or a text input. A text
comparison must match the stored value. Also confirm that the record has
synced since its property value changed.
Why is an option or property missing?
Why is an option or property missing?
Confirm that the option exists on the correct HubSpot property and that the
connection has access to it. Unify relies on the metadata HubSpot provides;
an unsupported property type or invalid option metadata can prevent it from
appearing. Contact support with the object, property internal name, and
missing option if it remains unavailable.
